On Saturday, December 2, 2023, Oracle NetSuite Indonesia, together with its partners, including Logiframe, and students from BINUS SCHOOL Simprug, engaged in a social initiative that brought goodness to 20 children under the care of the Yayasan Usaha Mulia (YUM) BINUS SCHOOL Simprug. The main objective of the "Hike Together" activity was to enhance the well-being of the community under the Usaha Mulia Foundation.
The event commenced at JungleLand, where participants from Oracle NetSuite Indonesia, Logiframe, and BINUS SCHOOL Simprug gathered. Together, the participants embarked on a journey to the hiking location, passing through the Ciherang River route. Upon reaching the first point, the Rainforest, they took a break and played games together. For the second leg of the journey, participants explored Bukit Lilang and Curug Leuwi Asih. As a conclusion to the event, participants returned to the parking area and enjoyed lunch.
"Today we went on a hiking trip to Sentul as a physical activity to benefit our health and the other kids. It was also a fun experience for us because we could play games and play around at the waterfall. Through the hiking trip, we are able to meet new people and gain new experiences" expressed Haneta and Tara, YUM Leaders on a video uploaded in YUM's Instagram on Monday (12/11).
By the end of the day, the children of YUM not only left with memories of a fun-filled adventure but also with a deeper understanding of the values of teamwork, resilience, and environmental stewardship.
