That gap is usually too small to justify a new implementation and too specific for a generic add-on. It's exactly what custom development is for.

| This is for businesses already running NetSuite who need it extended, automated, or connected to other systems — not a new implementation. We're not a NetSuite Solution Provider or Alliance Partner in the U.S., so we don't lead new implementations here, but custom development on a system you already have is exactly where we come in. |

Is this different from a new NetSuite implementation?
Yes. Custom development extends a NetSuite account you already have live. Standing up NetSuite from scratch is a new implementation, which requires NetSuite Alliance Partner status — something we don't hold in the U.S. today.
-
Do you build full custom SuiteApps, or just scripts and workflows?
Most of our work is SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and API-level customization on top of an existing account — extending what's there rather than building a separate packaged app. If a request is bigger than that, we'll say so upfront rather than take it on anyway.
-
Does this require a specific NetSuite edition or tier?
No — SuiteScript and SuiteFlow are available across NetSuite editions. What matters more is whether your account has the right permissions and script governance limits for what you're trying to do, which we check before scoping anything.
-
Can you connect NetSuite to tools we already use?
Yes — e-commerce platforms, CRMs, payment gateways, and logistics tools are common integration targets. We work through NetSuite's REST and SOAP APIs rather than fragile screen-scraping workarounds.

What does Logiframe do with NetSuite in the U.S.?
We support and extend NetSuite for U.S. businesses already running it — troubleshooting, optimization, and the custom development described on this page. We don't sell NetSuite licenses or lead new implementations in the U.S.
-
Can Logiframe implement NetSuite for us?
Not in the U.S. today. We're not currently a NetSuite Solution Provider or Alliance Partner here, and implementation requires that standing. Logiframe is a certified NetSuite Solution Provider in Indonesia — globally we've completed 100+ ERP implementations with zero failures, including 60+ multi-entity group companies — but in the U.S., our work today is supporting and extending businesses already live on NetSuite.
