When did your books last agree with the bank?

If the honest answer is “I’m not certain,” that’s the answer worth changing. We’ll tell you where your Xero file actually stands.

One method, applied to every engagement. When you engage us, that team becomes your asset: a finance back office you didn’t have to build.

The problem

Most books aren't wrong. They're unproven.

Xero records beautifully. What it can't tell you is whether those records are complete and accurate, whether a feed missed a transaction, whether the coding held, or whether last quarter still matches the statement you sent to your bank.

That second half takes human judgment, not software. It's the half that gets skipped.

How we work together

Three Ways In

Sized by entity count, account volume and how much of the finance function you want us to run.

Onboarding & Prior Bookkeeping

Clean Books Before the Rhythm Starts

From $2,500 / one-time project

For new clients who want clean, accurate books and a smooth transition before ongoing service begins.

Sized for One entity with records that are substantially complete: a few months of review, reclassification and reconciliation, not a rebuild.
  • Dedicated onboarding advisor
  • Chart of accounts creation or restructure
  • Xero setup and configuration
  • Prior bookkeeping cleanup and catch-up
  • App integrations: Stripe, Wise, Bill.com and more
What moves the price More months to clean, more than one entity, or reconstruction rather than tidying. Complexity in the work itself moves it too: reconciling to records that were never in the books, unrecorded liabilities, unrecorded inventory. We look at the file and tell you which you are, before you commit.

Monthly

Closed Each Month, Tax-Ready Year-Round

From $399 / month

For steady-growth businesses that want accurate books closed each month and tax-ready records year-round.

Sized for One entity, around 50 transactions a month, closed monthly.
  • Full-charge bookkeeping, accrual basis
  • Bank & credit-card reconciliation
  • AP & AR recording and tracking
  • Monthly close & standard statements
  • Year-end records ready for your CPA
What moves the price More entities, higher transaction volume, or more accounts to reconcile. Each entity is scoped and priced on its own.
Details
Weekly

Weekly Visibility, Formal Controls

From $599 / month

For businesses that can’t wait until month-end to know where they stand.

Sized for The same scope as Monthly: one entity, around 50 transactions a month, reconciled weekly instead of monthly.
  • Everything in Monthly, on a weekly rhythm
  • Reconciled weekly, closed monthly
  • Weekly insights plus monthly reporting and dashboards
  • Refund & money-movement workflows
  • Dedicated engagement lead
What moves the price The same drivers as Monthly: more entities, higher volume, more accounts. Client trust and IOLTA reconciliation is supported where you need it.
Details
Why every figure says “from” The published figures are the floor, not a fixed quote. Actual pricing depends on your entity count, account count and transaction volume. A short working session is enough for us to size it accurately.
Running more than one entity? Each one is scoped and priced as its own engagement at whichever stage fits it. A three-entity business might run all three on Monthly, or mix cadences depending on what each entity actually needs.
AR and AP management Every package records AR and AP. If you want collections actively chased and a payables queue run, that’s an add-on from $100/month each: available alongside a Bookkeeping package, not on its own.
The control nobody talks about

A team can separate duties. One hire can’t.

The most common control gap in a growing business is one person recording, approving and reconciling the same money. A single bookkeeper, by definition, holds every duty at once. Because we deliver as a team, recording, review and reconciliation are split across different people by design: not a feature you have to ask for.

Recording
Duties separated by design

The person who records an entry is not the person who reconciles it

What that prevents

The single-hire pattern where one person controls a transaction end to end

Review
Anomalies surfaced early

Duplicate payments, miscoded expenses and unusual activity flagged in review

What that prevents

Errors compounding quietly for months before anyone checks

Escalation
Clear escalation path

Control concerns reported directly to management, documented and tracked

And a hard limit

We never hold your funds. We prepare and queue; you approve and release from your own accounts

Who we do this for

Three Kinds of Organisation

Startups

Clean books from the start, so a diligence process is a review rather than a reconstruction. Investor-ready reporting without hiring a finance team you don't need yet.

Small & Mid-Sized Businesses

The owner stops being the bookkeeper. Month-end arrives closed, payables run on a rhythm, and the numbers hold up when a lender asks.

Non-profits

Restricted funds coded correctly at the point of entry, not reconstructed at year end. Board and grantor reporting that stands up to the questions it will get.

Scope

What We Don't Do

Being precise about the edges is part of doing the middle properly. None of these are gaps we're working on.

We don't file taxes or run payroll

We keep records clean so your CPA works from a reconciled position, and we coordinate with them directly. Tax positions and filings stay with your tax professional.

We never hold your funds

Read-only bank feeds for reconciliation. We prepare payments; you release them. A fixed policy, not a configurable option.

We're not your auditor

An audit requires an independent licensed firm, and our involvement in maintaining your records is exactly why it can't be us.

We're not a CPA firm

We're an accounting and bookkeeping firm. Where you need signed opinions, attestation or licensed tax advice, we work alongside whoever provides it.

Insights

One useful thing about your books, once a month.
