Recognition

Two Xero Asia awards, six years apart, for the same thing.

Xero named Logiframe its Partner of the Year for Asia in 2025, and Accounting Partner of the Year at the Xero Asia Awards in 2019. Both were judged rather than calculated. Here is what they assess, what we were recognised for, and why an award won in Asia matters to a business in the United States.

The record

The Two Awards

Year Award Also in that year
2025 Xero Awards 2025, Partner of the Year (Asia) Finalist, Advisory Partner of the Year. Finalist, Total Xero Award.
2019 Accounting Partner of the Year, Xero Asia Awards

Both awards cover Asia. Neither is a global award, and neither is a United States award. We use the regional name wherever we cite them, because a credential that is described more broadly than it was given is worth less than one described exactly.

Logiframe became Xero’s first partner in Indonesia in 2013, and the two awards bracket the period in which that practice grew into the delivery team that now runs our US engagements.

Why it is different

Judged, Not Calculated

Xero partner status is a points total. An award is a decision made by people looking at how a firm works.

Partner status rises with the number of clients a firm has on Xero, and one certified staff member satisfies every tier. It measures volume of Xero work and commitment to the platform. It does not measure the quality of that work, which is covered in more depth in what a Xero partner badge actually measures .

The Xero Awards work the other way. Xero describes them as recognising cloud accounting firms for their effort in embracing cloud technology and supporting clients to achieve business success, and firms are assessed against their peers rather than against a formula. A firm cannot accumulate its way to one.

That is why we display the two differently. Gold Partner status tells you how much Xero work we do. The awards tell you what someone outside the firm concluded after looking at it.

The substance

What We Were Recognised For

The practice behind both awards was built on the problems that are hardest to solve in accounting software: statutory reporting, consolidation, and a regulatory environment that changes quickly.

  • Compliance under a fast-moving regime. Indonesia’s compliance and reporting requirements have changed rapidly during the period we have worked there. Keeping client files current through that is a discipline, and it transfers directly to any market with its own filing calendar.
  • Statutory reporting and consolidation. Group structures, intercompany balances and consolidated statements are core work for us rather than an occasional request.
  • Operational depth beyond the ledger. Inventory, procurement and workflow automation built around Xero and its app ecosystem, so the accounting reflects how the business actually runs.
  • Scale. More than 600 businesses across Indonesia and Southeast Asia, which is the range of files that produces pattern recognition a smaller practice does not accumulate.

None of that is exotic. It is the same monthly discipline described across this site: reconcile to the statement, tie the aging to the control account, close the period, lock it. The awards recognised doing it consistently, at scale, for a long time.

The part that matters to you

What It Means for a US Business

The team that earned both awards is the team that delivers our US engagements.

Logiframe US LLC is based in San Jose and manages client relationships here. The delivery team sits in Indonesia, and it is the same practice that Xero recognised in 2019 and 2025. That is the reason an Asia award is relevant to a US client rather than a detail from another market.

Three things carry across directly:

  • Depth in Xero specifically. Thirteen years on one platform, with a consolidation and multi-entity practice that most US bookkeeping firms reach only occasionally.
  • A method rather than a person. An award-winning practice has a way of working that survives any individual leaving, which is the structural difference between a firm and a sole bookkeeper.
  • Discipline under changing rules. A team used to keeping files current through a shifting compliance environment is well suited to the US filing calendar.

What does not carry across, and what we do not claim: the awards are not US licensing, and they do not make us a CPA firm. We do not prepare or file tax returns, run payroll, or provide audit or attestation. We keep the books and close the month, and we work alongside your CPA. How the work is split between San Jose and Indonesia, and how access is controlled, is set out in How We Work .

The limit

What an Award Does Not Tell You

An award is evidence about a firm. It is not evidence about your file.

A panel judged our practice as a whole. Whether we are right for your business depends on things no award can answer: how many of our people are certified, whether we close your month or only code it, what you receive and by which working day, who reviews the work, and what is excluded from the fee.

Ask us those questions directly. The list is in what a Xero partner badge actually measures , and they apply to us as much as to anyone else you are considering.

The most direct evidence available to you is not an award at all. It is the 32-point health check, which examines your own file and gives you the findings in writing whether or not you engage us.

Questions

Commonly Asked

Which Xero awards has Logiframe won?
Two. Xero Awards 2025, Partner of the Year (Asia), announced in September 2025, when Logiframe was also a finalist for Advisory Partner of the Year and the Total Xero Award. And Accounting Partner of the Year at the Xero Asia Awards 2019. Both are regional awards for Asia rather than global or United States awards.
What is the difference between a Xero award and partner status?
Partner status is calculated from points, which come mainly from client subscriptions, so it measures how much Xero work a firm does. Awards are judged, with firms assessed against their peers by people rather than by a formula. Status says a firm is committed to the platform; an award says someone outside the firm looked at how it works and rated it.
Why does an Asia award matter to a US business?
Because the team that earned both awards is the team that delivers Logiframe's US engagements. Logiframe US LLC manages client relationships from San Jose, and the delivery team in Indonesia is the same practice Xero recognised in 2019 and 2025. The depth in Xero, the consolidation practice and the working method all carry across directly.
Does the award mean Logiframe is a CPA firm?
No. The awards recognise Xero practice, not licensing. Logiframe keeps the books and closes the month, and works alongside your CPA. It does not prepare or file tax returns, run payroll, or provide audit or attestation services.
How long has Logiframe been a Xero partner?
Since 2013, when it became Xero's first partner in Indonesia. The practice now serves more than 600 businesses across Indonesia and Southeast Asia, alongside its US engagements.
